While all Florida business brokers are licensed by the Florida Real Estate Commission, they are often as different as the businesses they represent.

PCR Group, LLC is a member of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), and the International Business Brokers Association, Inc. (IBBA). In order to carry these member affiliations, PCR Group, LLC was carefully selected through a review process. Qualifications in the areas of ethical behavior, experience and cooperation were all factored in during this evaluation. As a chosen member broker, PCR Group agreed to stringent levels of initial and continuing education to maintain the standards.

Martin Pahnke, Founder, is an experienced Broker with 20 years of service. While licensed in Ontario,Canada, he handled over 1200 business and real estate transactions. Mr. Pahnke received Re/Max's Platinum Award six years in a row. Mr. Pahnke has extensive business start up experience in import/export, retail, real estate brokerage and resort rentals. Licensed in Florida since August 1997, founded PCR Group in January 2004 to serve the growing business community in Southwest Florida.
